Join Travis Wertz and Aimee Monroe for a 1-hour Vinyasa Flow that will end with an additional 15 minute propped savasana with assists. After, join your Flex Friends as we give thanks with a traditional Friendsgiving meal in the red room.

The Flex Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The Flex Foundation fosters a healthier local community by offering yoga and wellness services to all, regardless of economic circumstances.
For over 10 years, Flex Yoga has supported the local recovery and rehabilitation community in partnership with OneEighty, The Village Network, OHuddle, and Whits End; through free, subsidized, and grant-funded classes. Unfortunately, once agency services end, many individuals are unable to continue with the yoga, mindfulness, and wellness practices that have been vital to their recovery due to financial barriers. The Flex Foundation aims to bridge that gap, ensuring individuals can continue their journey beyond agency services and expanding access so that anyone in our community can experience the benefits of yoga, movement, mindfulness, and wellness regardless of their ability to pay.
