Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Nambour Rugby Union Football Club Inc. will be held as follows:

2. Confirmation of Minutes from Previous AGM
3. President’s Report
4. Treasurer’s Report
5. Election of Office Bearers and Committee Members
- All positions will be declared vacant
6. General Business

All financial members are invited and encouraged to attend.

Nominations:
Nominations for office bearers and committee positions are to be submitted in writing to the Club Secretary prior to the commencement of the meeting. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor.
