Together, we'll unpack what nervous system regulation is, why it matters, and how it influences our stress levels, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and daily lives. You'll leave with practical, evidence-informed tools that you can start using right away.Following the discussion, Rosie from @thesundayresetretreat will guide us through a 30-minute slow-flow yoga practice designed to help you reconnect with your body and settle your nervous system.
