Frank N. Furter

Frank is a glamorous, unhinged, charismatic mad scientist. Seductive, theatrical, and domineering, he commands every room with a mix of danger and irresistible charm. A role that thrives on bold choices and unapologetic
 confidence.

Brad Majors

A clean‑cut, earnest, slightly uptight all‑American guy. Brad is logical, polite, and deeply uncomfortable with anything outside the norm. His unraveling in Frank’s world is both hilarious and endearing. His journey is
 one of reluctant liberation.

Janet Weiss

Brad’s sweet, sheltered fiancée. Innocent and curious, Janet begins as a model of 1950s propriety but quickly discovers she enjoys the chaos far more than she expected. Her transformation is one of the show’s comedic highlights.

Riff Raff

Frank’s gaunt, eerie, unsettling handyman. He is loyal until he is not. Riff Raff is both servant and puppet master, with a strange, otherworldly presence. His physicality and vocal oddness are key.

Magenta

Riff Raff’s sister (and possibly more). Magenta is the mansion’s maid, sultry, aloof, and delightfully weird. She moves like she is always half in a trance and half in on the joke. Her energy is hypnotic and dangerous.

Columbia

A tap‑dancing groupie with a glitter‑bomb personality. Columbia is loud, emotional, and heartbreakingly devoted to Frank. She brings high‑octane comedy, vulnerability, and a vaudeville‑style performance flair.

Rocky Horror

Frank’s artificially created “perfect man.” Physically impressive, childlike, and naïve, Rocky is a blank slate discovering the world and desire in real time. His innocence is both comedic and oddly sweet.

Eddie/Dr. Everett Scott (Dual Role)

A rock‑and‑roll biker with a big voice and bigger personality. Eddie is chaotic, lovable, and short‑lived but unforgettable. He bursts into the show like a musical cannonball.

A science teacher, UFO investigator, and Brad and Janet’s former mentor. Scott is authoritative, eccentric, and increasingly baffled by the madness around him. A great comedic role with a touch of old‑school gravitas. German
 accent is optional.

The Narrator

A dry, witty, omniscient storyteller who frames the action like a bizarre educational film. The Narrator’s humor comes from calm, deadpan commentary amidst absolute insanity. Timing is everything.

Phantoms / Transylvanians

The chorus ensemble. Mysterious, seductive, and strange, they shape the atmosphere of the mansion and often act as living set pieces, shadows, or extensions of Frank’s influence. Movement‑heavy, expressive roles.
