This Yoga Basics Workshop is designed especially for beginners and those returning to the mat after time away. You’ll receive clear guidance, supportive instruction, and a welcoming environment with zero pressure.

Led by Shalan, lovingly known by many students as the “Best Beginner’s Instructor on the Planet,” this small-group workshop will help you build confidence and understanding in your practice.

In this 2.5-hour workshop you’ll learn:
• Yogic breathing techniques
• Foundational yoga postures
• Proper body alignment
• How to safely stretch and move
• How to use yoga props (without intimidation!)
• Simple tools to calm and focus the mind

You don’t need to be flexible to begin — yoga is one of the best ways to become more flexible, strong, and balanced over time.
