We built Summer Strength at CrossFit Garage to solve that.

This program teaches middle and high school students how to:

• Lift safely
• Build real strength
• Improve athletic performance
• Gain confidence in their bodies

We start with technique first, then gradually add strength. No ego lifting. No chaos. Just good coaching and progress.

Your kids will learn the foundational lifts:
Deadlift • Squat • Bench • Press • Clean.

And they’ll track progress just like the adults do.
