Sourdough Starter Class

Join us and Andrea from My Kitchen Clatter for a hands-on introduction to the world of sourdough! In this interactive class, you’ll receive your very own sourdough starter and learn how to keep it alive and thriving. Watch a live demo on how to mix, shape, and bake sourdough bread—and enjoy a taste of a freshly baked loaf right out of the oven. You’ll also learn how to make flavorful compound butter to pair perfectly with your bread.

Each guest will go home with a jar of sourdough starter, a take-home recipe, their own handcrafted compound butter, and Andrea's Sourdough Hotline for additional help at home — everything you need to keep baking delicious loaves at home!
