This workshop is designed to help you build the strength, stamina, and confidence to actually enjoy being on top… and not tap a couple minutes in 😏 

R.I.D.E. stands for:
Rhythm. Intention. Durability. Endurance.

This is where we train your body and your confidence so you can move with control, last longer, and feel good doing it.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

You’ll arrive, get settled, and have time to mingle + connect with a welcome cocktail (mocktails available!) ❤️ We’ll kick things off with a quick intro so you know exactly what we’re stepping into.

From there:
✨ Warm-up to activate your body
✨ Dance fitness + banded routines
✨ Fun cardio designed to build stamina & strength

Then we move into the RIDE portion
where you’ll learn rhythm, control, and movement patterns that translate directly to being on top with confidence! 

We close out with:
✨ Stretch + cool down
✨ Breathwork, meditation, or mirror work
✨ Reset your energy + set intentions before you leave

This is a dance fitness class + confidence-building workshop all in one.

WHAT TO BRING:
• Water bottle
• Yoga mat
• Pillow
• Kneepads (I have some if you don’t!)
• An open mind 

WHAT TO WEAR:
Anything athletic that you feel comfortable, confident, and supported in. We’ll be removing shoes for the second portion of class.
