Immerse yourself in the peaceful ambiance, engage in meaningful rituals, and receive blessings for a prosperous year ahead. Don't miss this chance to start the New Year on a spiritually uplifting note!This year we have 10 Monastics gathering from across the country to chant in unison. We invite you to bring any items that you wish to have blessed by the monks to the ceremony.After chanting each attendee will have a chance to 'bathe' the baby buddha and receive a blessing bracelet.The act of bathing the Buddha involves lading fragrant water over a statue to cleanse the body, speech, and mind. It symbolically washes away inner impurities and allow one's innate enlightenment to shine through.To end the evening we will join in community for refreshements downstairs.The average expense for each visiting monastics is $300 - we welcome any amount that you are willing to donate to help cover this expense! Your kindness is truly appreciated. You can donate here on this site.Please consider donating flowers or food/drinks to our after ceremony community celebration, sign up here.
