# Event Details

- **Event Name**: Helping your equine or donkey with farrier and ground work with Clinician Josh Littlejohn
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 23 May, 2026 at 11:00 am – Sat, 23 May, 2026 at 03:00 pm (-04:00)
- **Event Description**: We will be working this week to demonstrate a cohesive approach into Desensitizing Farrier work and specifically fresh equines or donkeys. Working with our farrier, we can showcase multiple methods to safely maneuver your equine for a safe, proper trim, demonstrating how to minimize the risk. There will also be a solid chance to demonstrate leg rope work, typically used to allow support for the trainer when dealing with very flight-risky, or feral equines, that cannot keep their own foot up for the farrier work. These situations can get dangerous, it’s important to know how to properly set yourself and your farrier up for success by keeping them protected while in serious situations.
$150 to attend. 8 spaces available. Payment holds your spot. $35 to audit.
