In this workshop you will learn about some of the basic yoga poses you may find in a yoga class. Each pose will be demonstrated and built with awareness of the individual's body with modifications offered that will help make the pose accessible for each person. We will begin with standing poses, lower to the mat for some basic seated yoga poses and will end with a rest in Savasana to allow space for integration.

nervous about taking a group yoga class?
💖 Do you want to feel a little bit more prepared and knowledgeable about yoga before attending one?
💖 Have you been taking online yoga and want to make sure your poses are aligned in the best way for your body?
Class size will be kept to 6 for more individualized attention.
Registration is required.
Cost for this workshop is $20. I accept cash, check, or Venmo (@roots-to-fly-wellness) or you are welcome to pay with your credit card online upon registration.
What to bring:
Water
Yoga props and mats will be provided unless you prefer to bring your own.
