Holiday Mediterranean Cooking Class

A Holiday Mediterranean Cooking Class! We'll be making a version of a Sicilian classic: baked stuffed jumbo pasta shells w/ a shrimp & fresh crab meat filling w/ a homemade Sugo Rosa ("rose sauce")! For dessert, we'll be preparing a Mediterranean fig, almond and honey cake. This will be a FULLY HANDS-ON cooking class, with participants involved in every step of the prep and cooking process.
