Honey & Cheese Pairing Workshop

Cheesemonger extraordinaire Roxanne O’Brien teams up with varietal honey expert, Amina Harris for an immersive and interactive workshop. Indulge your senses as you experiment with an array of cheeses, varietal honeys, and honey fruit spreads alongside an abundant charcuterie spread, celebratory mead and honey themed beverages. Space is limited.

Roxanne O’Brien is a chef, cheesemonger and educator with more than 40 years in the food industry. Roxanne retired from the American River College Culinary Arts Program as an instructor and catering program director. She specializes in wine and food pairings and is known for her extraordinary cheese and charcuterie arrangements.

Amina Harris has been a leader in varietal honey for nearly 45 years. She recently retired as founding director of the Honey and Pollination Center at UC Davis, where she transformed the way that people taste and experience honey. Amina owns Z Specialty Food, The HIVE, Moon Shine Trading Co. and Island of the Moon Honey.
