It has evolved to be an exploration of agreements beyond touch through the nuances of receiving and giving. In this workshop, we aim to provide you with new tools and practices to create safe-enough protocols and agreements to negotiate your needs for touch, connection, agency, and intimacy with others.This is a clothes-on workshop. Participation in any somatic and touch practices is completely optional. This workshop is not about sex though can be applied to all relationships.Who is this workshop for?This workshop is for people who:Want to learn new skills for negotiating touch, relating, and intimacyAre single, dating, partnered, poly, monogamous, married, or divorced. Mary's passion for creating safe-enough spaces, coupled with a listening ear and compassionate curiosity allow workshop participants to begin where they are and experience awareness and gentle healing. She found the Wheel of Consent and Betty Martin over 20 years ago while exploring what it meant to be ‘her kind of woman’, claiming her own wants, needs, desires and agency and has been studying the Wheel ever since. She is committed to bringing skills in trust-building, communication and relational repair and cyclical living into the communities she is a part of and works her most potent magic within the intersections of identity, power, initiation, pleasure and personal agency.
