All you have to do, is lie down, close your eyes, and let the vibrations work their magic.Bedford Fields is an amazing space, with a pergola which we'll lie under. The sounds of nature will be all around us, helping you delve deeper into your meditation. This is proving very popular, so book your space now. Please bring anything that will make you comfortable. You can get quite cold during sound baths & this is an outside session, so please wear something warm & bring a blanket or two to snuggle into. I will provide yoga mats, but please feel free to bring your own & a cushion for your head.Please arrive 10 minutes early, we will be starting at 7pm & unfortunately cannot accept latecomers. The session will last around 1 hour &15 minutes.Sound baths are not usually recommended if you're in the first three months of pregnancy, have a pacemaker, have recently had surgery or if you suffer from seizures.
