If your child has loved CrossFit-style kids classes and you’re suddenly looking for a new option — we’ve got you covered.

A fun, safe progressive 45-minute kids strength & fitness class led by qualified coach Ashleigh Birkett (a familiar face from the CrossFit kids world).

� Thursdays 4:30–5:15pm
� Tuesdays may be added depending on demand
� $20 per child | No lock-in
