Redbridge Walk/Run for Parkinson's UK

Join us on Sunday the 21st of September, as we take on the Redbridge Run - an easy route that can be run or walked, so everyone can enjoy themselves, all for a good cause.

Arrival time: 10am, Start time: 11am

Routes: 1 lap - 1.25 miles, 2 laps - 2.50 miles, 3 laps - 3.7 miles (see map route below)

Funds raised will be split equally between Parkinson’s UK and the Redbridge Epping Parkinson's Support Group.
