- **Event Description**: Please join us this month for a walk around Highams Park Lake followed by chill time in the cafe and some freestyle paining.

The theme for this month is Frida Kahlo and Resilience.   Frida is an artist who has always inspired me.   She had so many personal struggles, polio from 6 years old and ongoing health issues but that never stopped her creating amazing colourful art.   Then she had her relationship issues too but throughout it all she is remembered for her individual style and her images are famous worldwide.  I think this will be a very good topic atm 

We will meet up outside the Humphreys Cafe  and start with an open circle and introductions for about 10 mins.  Then walk together around the lake which is looking beautiful as ever.   We can stop for a mediation to calm our nervous system.   Don't worry if this all feels a bit different - come along anyway ........

Afterwards, we’ll gather to express what’s been stirred through paint, colour and creativity. No experience needed 

This isn’t about creating something perfect. It’s about presence, expression, and reconnecting with yourself in community.
