About the event 'Finding Balance Within' using Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation - 8 week term in Lawson

Awakened Heart Yoga practices soften, soothe & nurture ones whole being from the inside out.

During this term, we are offering - EIGHT x 90 minute weekly classes exploring...

💜 GENTLE, BREATH CENTRED MOVEMENT - seated, lying and standing
💜 BREATH AWARENESS - to balance & calm the nervous system
💜 MEDITATION - seated & walking to relax and gently direct the mind inwards
💜 SOUND VIBRATION - to balance & vitalise body & mind
💜 YOGA NIDRA - to deeply relax entire being

Term dates are over 8 consecutive Thursdays -

** Our final class of term is always a very special offering.
Will include sacred song and music, themed around a beautiful, candlelit nature mandala.

Classes taught by Kate Phillips Senior Yoga & Meditation teacher of 16 years. Accredited 2000 + hrs. Yoga Therapist.
