- **Event Description**: The first meet up for this group is an Autumn ? Forest walk around the lake followed by a creative art session in the cafe 

Meet at 1.30 at Humphrys Cafe when we will start the walk which will take approximately  30 mins.  It’s an easy walk and mostly flat but across forest land.  

The theme is Autumn and autumn colours.   We will be collecting items of inspiration along the way. 

What to bring: 

Bring yourselves with an open attitude and  no expectations other than a willingness to be in the moment.  

Wear walking boots ? and suitable outdoor clothing 

This is an opportunity to connect to nature  outdoors in a beautiful setting and meet new people 

Possibly an earth meditation to connect to the ground and plug into earth energies 

If you have your own paints that you want to bring along, please do so but if not, don’t worry I will bring acrylics and paintbrushes and paper.  

Humphreys Café is easy to find within the park itself and there is a lot of street parking.  

They offer a lovely menu of drinks, lunch, cakes and other goodies.

This is a free event to bring community together.
