- **Event Description**: In 2026, St Mary’s College are once again thrilled to host the Combined Schools’ Cultural Showcase and Art Exhibition. We are delighted to display the phenomenal talents of our schools at this combined event!
Before immersing yourself in the arts, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a diverse culinary experience. Food trucks serving a variety of cuisines will be set up in the Rose Garden from 4pm-6pm, accompanied by a bar offering both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options and the College's Café 1863 serving barista-made beverages.
The evening commences with the Art Exhibition at 4:30pm in the SMart Gallery, located in the Jane Gorry Building at St Mary’s College.
This exhibition will feature the remarkable works of Visual Arts students from St Mary's and St Edmund's Colleges, accompanied by the musical talents of our students, in a casual, relaxed concert. Enjoy a wine or two as you savour the musical and artistic delights of St Mary's and St Edmund's students.
At 6:00pm, the Cultural Showcase will begin in McAuley Hall, featuring captivating performances by Choirs, Dance Troupes, Bands, Sport Aerobics, and Ensembles, from St Mary's College, St Edmund's College, and St Mary's Primary School. The Showcase will also highlight various small group and solo acts from our senior performing arts students.
Guests can also enjoy performances from our junior Performing Arts students before the Showcase (from 5:45pm when doors open) and during intermission, while savouring delicious offerings from the food trucks and sipping on drinks from the bar or Café 1863.
