HIKE & HEAL 🌿
An intentional day to disconnect and reconnect

Join us for a soul-nourishing half-day experience designed to bring you back into your body, your breath, and the natural world. Hike & Heal is a guided journey that weaves together movement, nature, and elemental connection.

We begin with a 60-minute somatic yoga session at Sattva in Naugatuck, grounding into presence and gently awakening the body.

 From there, we’ll take a short drive to a scenic hiking location where the real adventure unfolds.

Together, we’ll embark on a guided hike through the forest, inviting in stillness, connection, and mindful awareness. Along the way, you’ll be guided through a unique elemental experience—learning to spark fire with flint and steel, practicing forest bathing, and connecting to the rhythms of the earth.

For those feeling called, we’ll complete our journey with a guided cold plunge in a natural river pool—an invigorating and empowering experience to awaken your senses and build resilience.

We’ll close with a light snack by the water, allowing space to integrate, connect, and simply be.
