Wellness Wednesdays is a series of Forest Bathing Walks Held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month for six months from November - April. These walks are designed to reduce stress and anxiety and elevate your overall wellbeing. Immerse yourself in the glorious nature of this ancient woodland and leave refreshed, rejuvenated, focused and calm.

Forest Bathing, also known as shinrin-yoku, is a wellbeing practice that emerged from Japan. These gentle sensory-immersive walks guided by a Certified Forest Bathing Guide invite participants to move gently and consciously through a series of nature-immersive moments. Your Forest Bathing Guide
Gina Geremia is a highly experienced Certified Forest Therapy Practitioner. Her unique approach to forest bathing and forest therapy promotes the five stages of health and supports enhanced mental, emotional, physical, social, spiritual and environmental health through a carefully crafted yet flexible series of nature connection activities in all types of green and blue space.
