🔹 12-4pm: Marymount Center for Optimal Aging (FREE)
➡ 30-minute wellness presentation
➡ On site screenings: Standard: BMI, vital signs (BP/heart rate), grip strength
🔹 4-6pm: Meet with a Trainer-Lynette Wilcox (FREE)
🔹 6:30-7:25pm: 90’s Zumba with Pamela Bennett | Members must register, $12 Drop in Group Exercise Rate

🔹 1:30-2:30pm: Alzheimer’s Association Presenting the Educational Session “10 Warning Signs” (FREE)
