Steve combines his experience with his passion for coaching seen in client testimonials, three years’ study for a Henley MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change (with Distinction) and published academic research.Steve is former Chair of the CIPD Chiltern Branch.Liz HoughLiz is a Project Manager with a back ground in L&D. She has Project Managed many software projects including CRM, ERP & HRIS, where there is always Change Management, Learning and Development and Organisational Changes from C Suite to SMEs, closely linked to People Management.
