- **Event Description**: The Flying the Coop Annual Winter Party, hosted by the Roosters Car Club, is just around the corner. The party will be at Holy Cow Bar & Grill in Union Center, Wisc. on Saturday, February 28th starting at 5 pm. 

As usual, we will have our famous chili and chicken wing competition. There will be a first, second and third place cash prize for each category. We ask that all food entries be to Holy Cow by 4:30 pm and judging will take place shortly after. Please bring your own crock pot and serving utensil. There is a $10 entry fee but don't worry, there are two custom trophies up for grabs. Everyone is welcome to the chili and chicken wings but we ask for a free will donation. The money we gather from the donations with be given to a person in need.

AND as always, the Roosters will reveal the Fire In The Hills Motor Show raffle car for 2026. Tickets will be available for purchase at the party.
