No pressure to share, make eye contact, sit still, or perform.Please note: this project is grant-funded and places are only available for Milton Keynes residents. Please check out our other events (and sign up to our mailing list for future events) which will be open to other groups of people.About this workshopThis workshop is delivered by Jennie Canty, psychotherapist, ND clinician and founder of Chiltern ADHD Clinic CIC.We’ll look at ADHD-friendly strategies for real life: starting tasks, planning, routines, motivation, time blindness, life admin, laundry, overwhelm, avoiding burnout and more.This is not a “just make a list” session.
