Finding strength in difficult times
This 4 week course will explain reliable methods to let go of stress, anxiety and unhappy thoughts. You will learn how to develop a stronger, more relaxed and flexible mind and how to grow in the face of difficult situations.
Each class includes practical advice from Buddhist wisdom and guided meditations.
It is great for beginners as well as those with experience.

Friday 2nd May – Dealing with uncertainty – letting go of anxiety
Friday 9th May – Letting go of self-defeating thoughts
Friday 16th May – Letting go of the past
