Step into the vibrant world of glass artist Suzie Lavender as she opens the doors to her atmospheric basement studio for a special one day event! This is a rare chance to see Suzie at work, explore her fascinating tools, equipment and sketchbooks, and discover the creative process behind her contemporary glass art.

What to expect:
•	Discover Suzie’s signature coastal bubble works and learn all about the unique techniques and processes she has developed to create them
•	Watch live glass cutting demonstrations
•	Have a try at cutting glass yourself
•	Create your own Treasure Pebbles for a small fee
•	Enjoy a behind the scenes look at Suzie’s studio practice and inspiration

While you're visiting, take your time to browse everything the wonderful Shop in the Square has to offer, including the beautiful ethical goods at the World Fair Traid shop, also located inside the store.

👥 Who can attend:
This event is suitable for adults and over 13s only. Younger children may be admitted with adults at the artist’s discretion.
⚠️ Accessibility note:
The shop itself is fully accessible, but Suzie’s studio is located in the basement and can sadly only be reached via a large flight of stairs.
This is a drop in event, if you require a quieter time to visit, please contact Suzie directly. 

Suzie may be moving studios in the summer, so this could be your only chance to explore this unique creative space.
