The end of season points will be up on the website. These will been checked but if you are unsure of any please private message us before 15th October as no changes will be made after that date.
The room has a capacity of 200 but the tickets do sell out quickly so please don’t leave it until last minute to purchase them.
We aren’t allowed to sell tickets on the door as part of the hiring rule. Also if any alcohol is found to be brought into the venue to consume we will also loose the venue for future events and our deposit so please don’t spoil it for everyone 😀
Tickets are £13 adults , £6 for 8yrs and under.
Doors open at 7pm ready for the presentation at 7.30pm ( in class order), Buffett and disco . There will be a raffle after the buffet so please bring change.
Awards have to be collected on the night by the competitor so please don’t ask us to collect at a later date.
We can’t wait to celebrate how well you have done this season on 9th November. You have all done amazingly!
Remember we do have 14 special awards that aren’t announced until the night.
The Sarah Greenaway memorial trophy is a ‘people’s awards’. We ask for members to suggest who they think should get this award. It could be a groom, parent or competitor. We are looking for someone that has gone above and beyond.
