The approach combines pre-fabrication, digital tools, and automation with collaborative innovation hubs, research, and skills development to create high-value jobs and boost regional productivity. By integrating sustainability standards, investment support, and workforce training, the programme aims to transform construction into a low-carbon, high-tech industry while meeting housing targets.Inclusivity Matters: Innovation Alliance for the West Midlands is committed to making innovation inclusive for all.
