Step Inside the Magic of Santa’s Ice Palace
Wolverhampton’s Mander Shopping Centre is set to sparkle this December as Enjoy Wolverhampton brings a touch of festive magic to the city with Santa’s Ice Palace — a Christmas experience guaranteed to melt even the frostiest of hearts.
Running from 15th to 23rd December, the Ice Palace will transform part of the shopping centre into a glittering winter wonderland filled with snow-dusted trees, shimmering lights and all things Christmassy. Families can step inside to meet Santa himself, share their Christmas wishes, and take home an age-appropriate gift — all for just £5 per child.
But this year, there’s a festive twist. On Sunday 21st, Santa will find himself temporarily joined by none other than the Grinch! During this cheeky takeover, visitors can experience “Grumpy’s Grotto”, where the green grouch dishes out his own brand of fun and mischief — a visit full of giggles, groans, and maybe even a few festive surprises.
Santa’s Ice Palace will open daily from 10am to 5pm, with late-night openings until 6:30pm on 20th, 22nd and 23rd December — ideal for families enjoying some evening shopping in the Mander Shopping Centre.
Thanks to Enjoy Wolverhampton, the city centre is once again bringing festive magic to life. Whether you’re meeting Santa or braving the Grinch, Santa’s Ice Palace promises a Christmas experience to remember for the whole family.
