The Winter Solstice is a potent time of creative potential. Using guided breathwork, rebirthing practices, yoga, visualisation, & a deeply restorative crystal bowl sound bath, you'll be supported to release what no longer serves, uncover what truly matters, & create space for new ways of being.

The Winter Solstice is a celebration of the return of the light, the promise of a new dawn, of rebirth, of new ways of being.

Through guided breathwork, rebirthing practices, yoga, visualisation, and a deeply restorative crystal bowl sound bath, you will be supported to release what no longer serves you, uncover what truly matters, and create space for new possibilities to emerge.

This immersive experience will help you cultivate focus, set meaningful intentions, and embody the energy of the future you wish to create.

In this workshop you will:

- Release limiting beliefs and emotional blocks through breathwork and rebirthing.

MG Yoga is a bespoke Yoga Studio located in a lush, secret valley in Thirroul, located on the left going up Bulli Pass. We provide a safe, supportive space and use a high grade HEPA air filter in the studio. Please note we have plenty of off street parking, please drive down our long, steep, safe, concrete driveway and park in the car park near the studio.
