A knowing that it’s time to slow down, step away, and return.

The Return: Return to Nature is a bi-monthly women’s day retreat created for those who are feeling called to reconnect — with the earth beneath their feet, with their breath, and with the part of themselves that has been quietly waiting for space.

This retreat is the second in a bi-monthly series, meeting every second month throughout the year. You are welcome to attend one retreat or return to multiple sessions as part of an ongoing, supportive rhythm.

Set in the natural surrounds of Mount Keira, this retreat invites you to gently unplug from the noise of everyday life and step into a day of grounding, presence, and nourishment. A day where nothing is required of you except to arrive… exactly as you are.

✨During the retreat, we’ll move through a carefully held container that may include:

- Gentle, somatic movement
- Breathwork and guided rest
- Time for quiet reflection and integration
- Space for connection with yourself and other women
- Light refreshments, organic teas and a nourishing lunch
- Exploration of the beautiful surrounds of Mount Keira 

These practices support: 

• Deep rest and nervous system regulation
• Reconnection to your body and intuition
• Embodied movement and stillness
• Time in nature to soften, listen, and remember
• A sense of coming home to yourself

There is no expectation to perform, push, or share more than feels comfortable. You are welcome exactly as you are, and all practices are offered with choice and agency.

It’s about allowing.
About remembering what it feels like to move at nature’s pace — steady, cyclical, and alive.
