Perched between the ocean and the escarpment, Oceana Passivhaus is a coastal home designed and built to balance beauty, comfort, and performance.

What to expect:
? Guided walk-through of the home at the pre-airtightness stage
? Up-close look at Pro Clima external membranes, Bondor insulated roofing panels (SIPs), and Logikhaus double-glazed windows
? Q&A session with Amity Builders, Envirotecture and Logikhaus Windows

Learning outcomes:
? Learn what Passivhaus is and how it differs from standard Australian construction
? Benefits of Passivhaus and high performance home construction
? Understand how airtightness, insulation, and thermal bridging are managed throughout the build
