The Creative Wollongong Short Film Festival will now be held at the UOW University Hall - Building 11 University of Wollongong Main Campus, Northfields Avenue, Keiraville

Registered tickets will roll over automatically. We look forward to seeing you there! 

If you're not longer able to attend, please log in and cancel your tickets via Eventbrite so that people on our waitlist can enjoy them.

The Creative Wollongong Short Film Festival will showcase the best entries from the 2025/26 Short Film competition along with commissioned films, all referencing this year's signature theme item - birds.

Doors open at 7pm, with a musical performance by Rare Birdz, and red carpet photos. Festival award winners will be announced from 7.30pm.

Screenings will start at approximately 8.20pm and run for approximately 150 minutes.

UOW University Hall is located in Building 11, University of Wollongong Main Campus, Northfields Avenue, Keiraville. Closest carpark is P8. The University is also on the free bus route.

Food and beverage options available. (No BYO)

This event is recommended for ages 15 years and over. Please note, these newly created films have not been officially rated. We are putting a M rating on the screening as a guideline as there may be some mature language and themes. Children under 15 years may attend with the supervision of their parents.
