Noticing the need for more awareness and resources for those struggling to keep their head above water and seeing and experiencing firsthand how much stress can impact the mind, body and soul of an individual, let alone the flow-on effect it can have on the people around them, Cassie is motivated to help individuals and organisations feel better equipped to cope with the everyday eb and flow of life through mindfulness education and practice.
Cassie is a certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Reiki Level 2 Practitioner and lives in the northern suburbs of the Illawarra. She practises mindfulness through meditation, Reiki and breathwork and loves getting out in nature every opportunity she can.
