This free workshop gets right to the heart of it, helping pull all the information together and explores end of life planning in an engaging, accessible way. You may even have a laugh or two! This workshop is suitable for anyone looking to plan well for their end of life or help a loved one to do so.

WORKSHOP OUTCOMES: 
Build your confidence in talking about planning, dying and death. Understand Key components in planning for end of life. 
Be inspired by real life stories shared from the facilitators and in the group.
