- **Event Description**: Come join us for a relaxing and healing session of meditation, breathwork, and sound healing.  Doors open at 11:00 and event will start at 11:30 and continue until about 1:30, with time afterward to relax, integrate, and come back to present time.

The event will be held at the Greenwich Community Centre, 106 Greenwich Rd in Wolfville.  Cost is any cash donation.

The session will begin with a guided meditation to get fully relaxed, open your chakras, and prepare for the good stuff.

Next will be three rounds of Shamanic breathwork to get your energies really flowing.

And then we will move into the sound bath, where I will provide intuitively-guided sound healing using various instruments, including the didgeridoo, chimes, singing bowls, drums, and others.

The energy of the New Moon is perfect for diving deep into ourselves to find those areas that have been hidden from sight.

Please bring a thick and comfortable mat to lie on, as thinner mats can become uncomfortable after a while.  I also recommend a blanket and pillows for your head and knees.  Be as comfortable as possible.

It's important to stay hydrated before and especially after a sound bath, so a water bottle is also a good idea.
