We are happy to invite you for a Yoga Weekend, which will help you relax, inspire you to take better care of yourself and implement new positive habits into your daily routine. Spending 4 days in the quiet wild nature of the magical Black Forest will automatically slow down the pace of your thoughts, bringing about sense of inner peace and healing. 

In this Yoga weekend you will learn about Yogic and Ayurvedic ancient techniques that will help you to recharge your body, mind and spirit with new inspiration for your life. We will practice Yoga postures in a slow progressive individualised manner, allowing you to develop confidence in your own body abilities and movement. We will learn more profound ways of breathing, which you can use on your own to relax and energize yourself. 

Self-massage and guided massages in pairs are other ways you can take care of yourself in daily life, that we will explore in a safe space, welcoming anything without judgment. Singing together different indigenous songs will encourage you for self-expression and emotional release. 

Special, nourishing, delicious Vegan meals prepared with love will support you in your journey and keep you light and positive throughout this healing weekend. 
Seminarhaus Karuna (previously named Hensellek), surrounded by the mystical Black Forest, near a small river stream and with outdoor Sauna is the perfect setting for such a Yoga weekend. 

We are happy to welcome all level of experience for this journey to reconnect and heal yourself with Yoga, breathing, chanting, self-love, delicious food, and activating your self-healing abilities.

Satlaya Yoga was born from the heart of a shared vision by Mariella and Shir, rooted in over two decades of dedicated yoga practice and teaching. For the past ten years, we guided transformative journeys through yoga, self-care, and conscious living — across Europe and India.

Our offerings blend a wide range of sacred practices: Dharma Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama (Breath Work), Chakra Journeys, Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, Yoga Philosophy/Ayurveda Psychology, Yoga & Nature Therapy, Mantra Chanting, Kirtan, and Ayurveda – Lifestyle, Nutrition & Self Care. We hold space for deep inner work in small, intimate groups — allowing for personal attention, heartfelt connection, and authentic transformation.
