I believe there’s magic in stepping away from the noise of everyday life and immersing yourself in nature. That’s why I created Yin + Yang Retreat, a serene lakeside retreat where you can pause, reconnect with yourself, and embody your sovereign essence.
Through years of facilitating retreats and circles, I’ve witnessed the profound power of community, nature, and intentional living. My mission is to empower women to break free from limiting beliefs and patterns, strengthen your intuition, and reconnect with your inner soul wisdom so you can live life in alignment with your deepest desires.
When I’m not guiding retreats or supporting clients, you’ll find me vibin at music festivals, immersed in nature, roller skating, on my aerial yoga swing, improving my hooping skills, or exploring the magic of being fully alive in this human body. I’m endlessly inspired by the cycles of nature, ancient wisdom from traditions all over the world, and the flow of energy and spirit in daily life.
