This is a shared learning space, grounded in lived experience, where we explore, reflect, and learn together.This workshop is led by trainers with lived and professional experience of neurodivergence, who are committed to creating safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental spaces.Our sessions are practical, relatable, and grounded in real-world understanding — not clinical.Whether you’re at finding a few things difficult at home or work, on the edge of burnout, recovering from it, or trying to prevent it, you are welcome here.Book your place and come as you are.
