You are welcome to participate in the way that feels right for you. What we’ll cover:How home environments affect regulation, focus, and energyPractical adjustments for home life and home-workingHow work environments impact neurodivergent adultsReasonable adjustments in the workplaceAn introduction to Access to WorkWhy transitions are hard — and ways to support yourself through themBurnout: what happens when we can’t or don’t rest, and why rest mattersMasking, energy use, and long-term wellbeingMaking changes through self-advocacy (without pressure to unmask)You’ll leave with practical ideas to try, greater confidence in asking for support, and reassurance that your needs are valid. We don’t claim to have all the answers.
