My Pregnancy Yoga classes use Yoga poses to:

~ ease aches and pains, particularly in your shoulders, back and pelvis
~ strengthen your core and pelvic floor muscles
~ promote relaxation
~ connect with your baby

You'll also meet other mums-to-be and try Yoga poses and breathing techniques that can be helpful during your labour and the birth of your baby
