I'm Amanda, I understand the challenges and joys of raising a family with an adult daughter of my own and have had the privilege of working to support families of different backgrounds for over 25 years. I believe deeply in positive parenting approaches, focusing on the parent-child relationship at it's heart. I am trained in a wide number of areas and evidence-based approaches around Attachment-Based Parenting, Integrative Attachment Family Therapy, Theraplay and Developmental Dyadic Psychotherapy informed principals, therapeutic creative arts, and Compassion-Based Mindfulness. I am a Sleep Practitioner and Trauma-informed.
