A nurturing small group experience designed to help busy little nervous systems slow down, regulate and create.

This gentle 90-minute session combines yoga and movement, calming breathwork and guided clay creativity in a warm, supportive environment. Perfect for children who benefit from movement, creativity and a calm reset.
