2026 Carpe Diem-Carpe Noctem Half Marathon & 10k

Join us on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at Proud Lake State Recreation Area for Carpe Diem – Carpe Noctem, a one-of-a-kind trail event with morning and evening races, great people, and an unforgettable community vibe.

🌞 Morning Half Marathon or 10K
🌙 Evening Half Marathon or 10K
🌞🌙 Double Up and run both!

Morning races take place entirely in daylight. Evening races start before sunset—many runners will finish under the stars. The trails are wide, well-marked, and beginner-friendly, with just enough challenge to keep things interesting.

Between races, hang out for the day with a community potluck, hot food, lawn games, campfires, music, coffee, and more. Bring firewood, a tent (day use only), chairs, a cooler, and your crew—we’ll take care of the rest.

Double runners earn two medals that magnetically connect to form one epic keepsake.
