Save the date and come along to a lovely Cotswold village for your special Christmas shopping.
The Ramsden Christmas Market will take place on Saturday 6th December with an earlier starting time this year of midday, ending at 4pm.
As ever, there will be a huge selection of interesting and individual hand-crafted goods, either for gifts or (much more sensibly) for yourself, along with festive foods, drinks, decorations, wreaths and all the paraphernalia that tradition dictates is just what you need for the perfect Christmas.
Everything is huddled in the centre of the village, with a gifts marquee, a Christmas Shop marquee, the Memorial Hall for lunches and teas, the Church and the famous Royal Oak pub. You will be fortified by street food and pub grub, roving mulled wine sellers (you need never be more than three minutes away from the next refill) and cheery music from our resident brass bands.
Do you have an urge to belt out some Christmas carols yourself? Well we all do now and again, but to avoid censure it is best to do so in a controlled environment. This year, our carolling safe-space is in the church where, every hour there will be community carol singing, accompanied by the mighty organ and fuelled by ...... oh yes ..... more mulled wine.
Free parking, dogs and children welcome, everywhere accessible, £4 entry for adults, children under 16 free.
