This event is designed for commercial real estate industry professionals and anyone that has a vested interest in the future growth of our region. 

Attendees will learn about the current and upcoming developments in Clermont County and Cincinnati, issues impacting the commercial real estate market, and have the opportunity to network and get acquainted with key players throughout the industry and region.

This event will also cover topics such as: 
- Commercial Real Estate vs. Affordable Housing (how it has evolved after COVID and dual usage properties)
- Zoning issues that have come with this and resolutions offered regarding single family and multi-family properties as well as approval odds/process
- Utility needs to support these dual usage or multi-family structures and the energy “epidemic”

- Economic impacts in affordable housing and commercial real estate as we enter a recession/stock market crash
