Nestled snugly in blankets, eye pillows and bolsters embracing relaxation & calmness as you nurture your mind, body & soul.
Taking you on a deep meditative journey as you are guided further into calmness with the meditation following on to the immersive vibrations of sound including bowls, chimes, gongs, drums etc.

The session is 90mins, consisting of:
* 5 minutes Welcoming & Grounding
* 25 minutes Yoga Nidra meditation
* 60 minutes sound bath
Followed by a sharing circle (with optional discussion) & a delicious vegan, gluten free snack to ground you. 😊 Please allow an extra 10-15minutes afterwards so you don’t have to rush off.

* Any neurological disorders including epilepsy;

* Have a pacemaker fitter;
* Severe depression or anxiety;
* Have tinnitus;
* Have any metal implants.

The studio is fully equipped & you will be provided with a yoga mat, a blanket, an eye pillow, and a bolster.
You are invited to bring anything else for your comfort, e.g a pillow, another blanket, fluffy socks. Please bring a bottle of water for yourself.
If you would like to bring any items to place on the altar for blessing + reiki charging, please feel free to do so.
