Join me at Sacred River Retreat for a deep 2-hour reset using the oldest, simplest tools there are: earth, water, breath, and salt.  What we’ll do: 
? Grounding: Barefoot on the grass with guided breathwork and a tree-connection practice. Trees hold a natural calmness your body can borrow when you feel scattered. (You'll also take home a packet of seeds to plant to set intention and watch that grow). 

? Water Release: At our custom-built waterfall, you'll write down what you're ready to let go of, place it onto biodegradable petals, and watch the water carry it away. Finished with a traditional salt cleansing to clear heavy energy. 

? Closing: Back inside to ground, reflect, and share a warm cup of tea before you head home.

? You're navigating something big (grief, a breakup, a move, or a new chapter). 
? Your mind and body feel completely wiped or stuck on high alert. 
? You're curious but sceptical. This is a sensory experience, not a belief test.
